The mission of the traveling TCMM is to bring back the lost and beloved computer culture to the present day by engaging and inspiring people through traveling exhibitions and the museum itself, where visitors can learn and experience things in a hands-on way.

Expertise and cultural knowledge are passed on to future generations through computers that are currently in use. In this way, we have engaged people from all over Finland, and the museum we founded has received many donations. The mission of the TCMM is unique; it brings back into use devices from the 1970s and 1980s—the golden age of home computing! Participation has been so widespread and community-driven that the museum we founded could well be called the “Republic’s Computer Museum.”
