These events let you experience the authentic atmosphere of the 1980s, when computers were a new and exciting thing. They bring back memories for those who grew up with cassette drives, floppy disks, and pixel graphics, while also offering younger visitors a unique opportunity to see where today’s digital world began.
I love 8-bit® is a completely unique concept. It offers a new way to entertain staff, partners, and customers. If you want to offer your guests something they’ve never seen before, the I love 8-bit® is the perfect choice.
I love 8-bit® is a corporate event that is brought to a location specified by the client—such as a trade show, an office, or another suitable venue—for a set period of time. Once the location and date are confirmed, The Computer Museum of Kallio will set up the I love 8-bit® event on-site based on the order. Organizing this corporate event is hassle-free; the only minimum requirements are tables and a couple of electrical outlets for the equipment.
Pricing
The costs of a corporate event are based on the actual expenses incurred in producing the event. These costs include event setup, teardown, and travel expenses. Both the setup and teardown phases require 12 hours of work from the museum staff. The hourly rate is 77€/h + 25.5% VAT, and it includes the labor of two skilled professionals. The transportation cost for the event within Finland is 0.85€/km, with the point of departure from Helsinki.
The first day of the event is always free of charge.
Additional days can be booked for 245€/day + 25.5% VAT, which includes supervision, cargo insurance, and on-site support from The Computer Museum of Kallio during the corporate event.

Labor cost during the construction phase: 924€ (12 hours × 77€).
4 additional exhibition days: 980€ (245€ each)

The total cost of the five-day corporate event is 2948€ + 25.5% VAT.
